Estbalished in 2000, Qingdao Belle Maille Knitting Garments Co., Ltd. is a knitted clothes export enterprise, integrating high technology and modern management systems. In order to satisfy market demands and efficiently combine high and new technology with production, we invested funds at the beginning of 2002, and set up an all-around factory integrating knitting, dyeing, sewing and packing. We are located in Liuting Industrial Park, Cheng Yang of Qingdao City. At the same time, our factory started continuously production in 2003.

After several years of rapid development, our company has had permanent assets of about RMB80, 000,000, and more than 700 employees. We cover an area of 30,000sqm. We have 200 personnel having junior college certificate or special technical title, and about 100 personnel engaged for the research and development. Therefore, we have a strong technical force and great R&D capabilities. Our company has been awarded as High-Tech Enterprise in Qingdao.

We are equipped with advanced devices which are mainly imported from foreign countries. There are more than 900 sets sewing processing machines, Germany circular machines, Italy Woolen Blanket Preshrinking machines, H.T.H.P and N.T. dyeing machines, Japan Yamato and Brother binding machines, and computer knotting machines.We also have advanced international standard CAD, measurement and matching color computer aided design systems. We have 17 top quality production lines, and our production capacity of finished garments is up to 10,000,000pcs per year.

We produce five main types of goods including babies clothes, childrens clothes, and adults underwear, sportswear, casual clothes, and knitted clothes. All the garments are for export, 90% of our products are for Japan market, and the balanced 10% are for European and USA markets. Our sales income is about RMB 70,000,000 per year, with export foreign exchange profit of about USD5, 000,000.
